Amendment XXVIII

Section 1. Congress shall make no law abridging peaceable mergers or acquisitions.

Section 2. The right of a corporation to maintain, command, and utilize a well-regulated militia shall not be infringed.

Section 3. The right of a corporation to be secure against unreasonable searches, seizures, or journalistic reports shall not be violated.

Section 4. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused corporation shall have the assistance of counsel by a State Attorney General. Should a State Attorney General prove unavailable, the United States Attorney General will serve as counsel.

Section 5. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused corporation shall stand before a jury of corporate peers.

Section 6. Representatives shall be apportioned to corporations according to their respective employee population.

Citizens United was a start. But the fight for freedom never ends.
